As seen in the above video - sludge, water, rust particles, and bacteria all collect at the bottom and degrade the integrity of your fuel and storage tanks. They mix with the fuel and are pumped into equipment and vehicles. The contaminants clog your filters, costing you money and causing downtime. CamVacUSA can fix that!

  • Fuel is Different Today

Fuel (gas, diesel and biofuel)is more susceptible to contamination than in years past. Why? There are a number of reasons…here are a couple of them:

Fuel is processed differently, allowing more usable fuel to be created from a barrel of oil. This is good, but it can also affect the fuel’s stability over time. Simply put, molecules that have been cracked to create more usable fuel want to rejoin, which adds to the creation of sludge that can be pumped into your tank.

  • Who Uses CamVacUSA

If you work with or sell fuel, you need CamVacUSA’s FuelVision™ video inspection capabilities. It gives you the whole tank perspective, not just a sample from the fill port which is the cleanest part of the tank. It doesn’t matter if you are a low or high volume user, store small or large amounts of fuel, all storage environments need to be clean. There are many ways that contamination can enter your gas or diesel tank; in fact, it is nearly impossible to avoid it.

Maintenance Plans

CamVacUSA has annual maintenance plans for any business, in addition to The Green Drop CFC™ Program for filling stations. We can customize a program to suit your needs in any industry, whether you are a critical fuel user responsible for a hospital or data center back-up generators, or a high volume fuel user such as a fleet, or a seasonal user of fuel such as agriculture. It’s cost-effective, responsible and allows for a good night’s sleep!

Our maintenance programs include a free annual in-tank visual inspection. It’s the first step to knowing what condition your fuel and storage tank is in. Our patented camera’s maneuverability is more thorough than relying only on monitoring systems or fuel testing from the fill port. Customizing a maintenance plan to suit your needs is most important; one size does not fit all in a critical fuel situation. Your current and past fuel issues and concerns will help determine what type of maintenance plan you need. For example, if you’ve had a bacterial or water problem, you might consider semi-annual or quarterly inspections to make sure there is no reoccurrence, then moving to an annual inspection when you are comfortable. We can include fuel testing by a third party also.

Remember we only clean the tanks that need it. After the inspection if you need cleaning, you will receive the discounted maintenance/CFC™ price. Your fuel, your maintenance plan, your decision.
