    Fuel is processed differently, allowing more usable fuel to be created from a barrel of oil. This is good, but it can also affect the fuel’s stability over time. Visual Inspection (Let's Take a Look™)

CamVacUSA uses a patented camera technology that safely searches for any water or contamination that may be in your Aboveground Storage Tank (AST), Underground Storage Tank (UST), or equipment fuel tank. We can search out sediment which is often pushed away from the fill port, but can hide water or microbial growth.

Fuel Inspection Package

For users that have a critical dependency on their fuel, or adhere to JCAHO or NFPA 110, CamVacUSA has the ideal fuel inspection solution. CamVacUSA offers a unique fuel testing package: 1) a video inspection of the inside of your tank; 2) fuel samples taken for testing by an outside company; 3) a comprehensive report and recommendations to maximize reliability.

Fuel Tank Cleaning (Fuel Polishing)

Water, sediment and contaminants need to be removed from your fuel storage environment to maintain your fuel’s integrity. CamVacUSA’s patented camera and filtration system can clean the storage tank bottom and return clean fuel to your tank. Large volume tanks as well as high turnover fuel storage environments where tank contamination is a likely source of fuel related problems are ideal candidates for this service.

Diesel Reconditioning (Fuel Polishing)

Diesel fuel naturally breaks down and degrades. The good news is diesel that has been sitting can be reconditioned (polished) to avoid off loading and wasting the fuel you’ve already purchased. It’s cost effective and better for our environment. This service is ideal for critical fuel users that require uninterrupted service (e.g. gensets for hospitals, data centers) as well as for equipment that is experiencing frequent filter changes, power loss or failure.

Impingement Cleaning with Diesel Reconditioning

CamVacUSA offers the best solution to a tank that has both dirty walls and degraded diesel. We provide high pressure tank cleaning for tank walls and ceiling that have accumulated contamination while rescuing your fuel with diesel reconditioning. Simply put, this is a three step process where the fuel is temporarily offloaded from the tank, the tank is thoroughly cleaned, and the fuel is returned, with reconditioning occurring during both transfer operations. Tanks must contain less than 1000 gallons of fuel for this service.
